UCCLMS Help (Elearning FAQ)

General Information (Students)

Access to the lms is now restricted to your MyUCC account. This account gives you access to other services as well. If you have activated your account then you can proceed and login with those details. For Information on how to activate your account read the instructions below.

MyUCC Account Activation (Students)

To activate your MyUCC account you need to follow the steps below
  • Login to your students' portal
  • Select elearning link from the sidebar/ side menu in your students' portal and follow the instructions under the account activation.
  • After successfully activating your MyUCC account visit elearning.ucc.edu.gh and login with your username (i.e index number all lower case) and your password

MyUCC Account Password Reset (Students)

To reset your MyUCC account password you need to follow the steps below
  • Login to your students' portal
  • Select elearning link from the sidebar/ side menu in your students' portal and follow the instructions under the password reset.
  • After successfully activating your MyUCC account visit elearning.ucc.edu.gh and login with your username (i.e index number all lower case) and your password

MyUCC Account Email Update (Students)

To update the email associated with your MyUCC account you need to follow the steps below
  • Login to your students' portal
  • Select personal details link from the sidebar/ side menu in your students' portal and update your email with a valid one.
  • This process will update your email information on the MyUCC account as well.
